CAPACITIES
The plant in Indjija is intended for the production of high-class aluminum joinery, whether they are windows, doors, facade or interior elements. The strictest European rules and norms are applied in the production process, from the purchase of high-quality raw materials to the end product quality control.

We are able to meet all the demands of modern architecture and manufacture all types of aluminum facade and joinery in our plant, in cooperation with renowned producers of aluminum profiles.
In addition to conventional, semi-structural and structural AL curtain walls, we are also experienced in making ventilated facades – from composite AL panels (eg. etalbond and alucobond) and panels (trespa, fundermax, parklex), to ceramic granite coverings and ceramic tiles.
In each phase of project execution we insist on precision and accuracy, in terms of functionality and performance quality as well as in terms of meeting the required deadlines.
IntegrATED MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION
The plant in Indjija is equipped with the most advanced technology for processing of aluminum profiles. Integrated management of production and overall resources is done by means of PrefSuite software package (ERP system). Technical processing of production requisition and orders is carried out by means of Orgadata LogiKal® software (which provides databases of numerous well-known profile manufacturers) or Elumatec EluSoft-eluCad graphic design software.

A unique production concept with an integrated management, processing centers and machines of the latest generation (saw blades, milling machines, stripping machines, etc.)
With the most advanced product quality and automatic packaging control systems, guarantees a safe and secure product of superior quality.
Putting orders to work is performed through a direct line between the technical preparation and the machine park itself. It is possible to directly manage the processing centers SBZ151 (line for processing of special requisitions in production) and SBZ630 (line for serial manufacturing of doors and windows) through EluSoft.
The production itself is based on the concept of computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) that is to say the entire production process is performed and controlled by the newest computer. The main goal of the CIM technology is to improve the speed and efficiency of production.
Information, available on the monitor of each workplace as well as monitoring of all the production segments using PrefCIM software, enable us to optimize production in all of its segments and in doing so respond to all set tasks.
